Myriam Lamare pulled out of her December 7th world title fight with Albuquerque boxer Holly Holm.

According to Fresquez Productions, Lamare was attempting to renegotiate her signed contract and then cited a shoulder injury as her reason for pulling out of the fight.  Australian Diana Prazak has replaced Lamare as Holm's opponent for their 10-round fight for the IBA and WBF light heavyweight titles at the Route 66 Casino Hotel.

Prazak has an 11-1 record with 7 knockouts.  She is ranked #1 by the World Boxing Council.
