Outgoing Democratic Bernalillo County Assessor Karen Montoya has won a seat on the Public Regulation Commission, defeating Republican Christopher Ocksrider.
Unofficial totals show Montoya won with a total of 94,526 voters over Ocksrider's 77, 256 - a 55 to 45 percent margin.
