Police say the man who robbed an Albuquerque pharmacy had plans to sell the drugs he stole.
James Tafoya is accused of holding up the CVS/pharmacy on Menaul and Eubank Saturday.
Surveillance video shows a man forcing an employee to open a safe.
According to the criminal complaint, Tafoya got away with 82 bottles of Oxycontin and Oxycodone worth about $28,000
