UPDATED: Man held in connection with deadly shooting Monday

Police have identified the man who was shot and killed at a southwest Albuquerque apartment complex.
Officials said 26-year-old Jose Nunez was found dead near San Mateo and Gibson. Police have made an arrest in that case.
Jesse Davis has been charged with tampering with evidence. The criminal complaint said Davis lives in a nearby apartment complex. Davis told officers he heard gunshots, went outside, then took the gun because he wanted it.
Another man was shot about a block away and was hospitalized. Police say the two shootings are connected.
