I was very impressed with the 14-thousand plus that showed up at the Pit for a midnight tipoff against Davidson. While I am equally impressed with the job Bob Davie has done with the football program, the attendance is still down at University Stadium. The fans will likely start to slowly return when next fall rolls around and the Lobos start putting out a consistant winning product. Fans love winners. Give it time, they'll start to come back. But Albuquerque will always be a Lobo basketball town.
