PNM crews are done with their work on the east coast and are on their way back to Albuquerque.

They've spent the last three weeks helping restore power to tens of thousands of people left in the dark from Superstorm Sandy.

A team of about 40 people worked their way from Baltimore to New Jersey repairing downed power lines and replacing transformers.

The crew and their bucket trucks and utility vehicles are scheduled to arrive in town Friday afternoon.
