4OYS investigation leads to arrest warrant

Sheriff's officers have issued an arrest warrant after a 4 On Your Side investigation exposed a man voting illegally for his son.
According to the search warrant filed Wednesday, Thomas Pino may have helped register his son to vote before impersonating him at the polls.
The warrant was issued for Pino for felony charges including false voting and forgery.
According to the warrant, Pino told early voting poll workers that he was his 18-year-old son.
Pino does not look 18, but under state law he did not have to show identification at the polls.
Poll workers grew suspicious and wrote down his license plate number.
Later that week, Pino returned to the polls to vote under his own name.
