Fairgrounds closed pending rate agreement

Hundreds of horse owners who use the fairgrounds could be getting some good news soon.
KOB Eyewitness News 4 told you Thursday the track will be sealed off and closed Friday evening pending an agreement among the three groups involved on how each should pay for facility use.
The New Mexico Horsemen's Association, the Downs of Albuquerque and Expo New Mexico met Friday afternoon.
As soon as an agreement is reached, the track will re-open.
KOB4 will let you know as soon as that happens.
