The New Mexico men's basketball team scored 6-points in 9-seconds to win Sunday night. It's one of the wildest games I have seen in my 19-years in Albuquerque. With 14-seconds left Kendall Williams hit a 3-pointer from well beyond NBA range. Steve Alford call time out and then on the inbound pass Williams stole the ball, I can hear Johnny Most now, he then goes to "pancake" Thomas who makes a great dribble drive and finds Tony Snell for the game winner. The Lobos are far from playing solid basketball, but they are 3-and-oh. Maybe we'll find more about this team when they play UCONN Monday night.
