Local cafe to give out free holiday meals to vets, active duty military on Tuesday

A local restaurant will be giving out free Thanksgiving meals to veterans as well as active and reserve military personnel and their families on Tuesday.
Nick and Jimmy's Restaurant will be serving 500 free meals from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The complete holiday meals will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Nick and Jimmy's is located at 5021 Pan American West Freeway, on the Southbound I-25 access road just south of Jefferson.
No reservations will be taken - but for more information, you can call 505-344-9169.
