A family argument between two brothers left one man with a fork stabbed into his leg on Thanksgiving in Albuquerque.

Vincent Rivera told police his brother Mark Rivera stabbed him with a fork after the two started to argue about money.

Mark claims he did not stabbed his brother, but admitted that the two had been drinking heavily throughout the day, according to a criminal complaint.

Vincent had a puncture wound on his left shin, and police recovered a large fork they believe to have been the weapon.

Mark Rivera was charged with aggravated battery for the Thanksgiving Day incident.
