BlueCross BlueShield is hosting a series of informational presentations to provide Medicare beneficiaries with information on the Medicare Advantage prescription drug plans and their options.
Those programs are in the midst of the annual enrollment period from October 15 through December 7. Anyone who is Medicare eligible can enroll at this time. The Blue Medicare Advantage plan will be available in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties. Original Medicare pays for some health care costs. Medicare Advantage plans can help cover the rest.
Attend a one-hour seminar to learn how these plans work and what to look for when choosing a plan.
