Police seek assistance in locating missing person

Albuquerque police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person.
Twenty-three year old Fernando Enriquez was last seen on Halloween. Enriquez is 5'10" and weighs 180 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair with blonde streaks.
Enriquez's sister told police that she went to her brother's apartment and found the door unlocked. Enriquez's wallet was in the apartment but all his cards were missing. Calls to Enriquez's cell phone by his sister went straight to voicemail.
