An man is charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment after a fight over a political bumper sticker resulted in the pointing of a gun at another man's head.

Police said they were called to the parking lot of Garcia's Kitchen on Juan Tabo near Comanche Friday night, where they found Chris Williams holding a gun to a man's head.

Court documents said the conflict started when the victim confronted Williams about a bumper sticker Williams had on his truck.

The bumper sticker said, "One Big A** Mistake America" and was referring to the president.

The victim told Williams he should be ashamed of the bumper sticker. Williams responded by pulling out a gun and threatening to shoot the victim.

Police said the victim did not have a gun.
