Local woman collecting again for Hurricane Sandy relief

A local woman who drive a truck full of supplies and drove out to help Hurricane Sandy victims is at it again.
Kim De La Porte and her family are again collecting supplies and plan to travel out to New Jersey before the holidays.
They have moved their collection site from where it was before - the new location is at 8000 Paseo Del Norte, Suite C-7.
The relief effort is taking donations from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday through Saturday and from 12 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
They are asking for items in new or excellent condition.
Here is a list of the items they need: Warm bedding, sleeping bags, comforters, pillows (new only)
Air mattresses and batteries
Warm coats all sizes
Gloves, hats and scarves
Space heaters, hand-warmers, generators
Underwear and socks, all sizes
Diapers and Depends, all sizes
Non-perishable food basics and can openers
Bath towels, wash rags Warm shoes, boots and rubber boots, all sizes
Work gloves and respirator charcoal masks
Bottled water Toys, crayons and coloring books- for children's Christmas presents!
Boxes, clear packing tape, markers
Gallon-size baggies, plastic grocery bags
Money for gas
