UPDATE: Cuba Police capture armed and dangerous man

The Cuba Police Department has captured a man they believed to be armed and dangerous.
Dominic Burks of Rio Arriba County had last been seen Tuesday afternoon following a brief motor vehicle pursuit which culminated in a crash.
Burks fled on foot into the forested area adjacent to Southern All Around Road and County Road 11 with an axe.
Burks had an active warrant for his arrest through the New Mexico State Police in Espanola.
