The Albuquerque Animal Shelter is hoping to find a permanent home for a special kitten.

Three-month-old kitty Cosgrove is just like any other kitten - he eats, plays, hides and explores.

But he doesn't have any eyes or eyelids.

City shelter worker Adam Hevey is fostering Cosgrove right now.

"Cosgrove's going to stay here as long as he needs to, but he is up for adoption and he just needs to find the right home," Hevey told KOB.

The kitten came into the city's shelter as a stray, Hevey said.

Anyone who is interested in adopting Cosgrove can email their information to ahevey@cabq.gov.
