Shots fired at Calif. mall

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) - Shots have been fired at a Southern California shopping mall but it doesn't appear anyone has been hurt and police have a suspect in custody.
A Newport Beach police spokesman says shots were fired in the area of a Macy's department store at the Fashion Island mall.
Several shoppers have tweeted they were kept inside stores in the open-air mall after gunshots were heard.
