Carlsbad man found with gunshot wound to the head

Carlsbad police have started an investigation to determine why a 20-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the head around 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Adrian Fierro was discovered at a home in the 1700 block of South Canel Street in the southeastern New Mexico town.
No arrests have been made at this time, but police did interview witnesses at the scene.
