Father and son arrested in shooting incident

A father and son have been arrested in what KOB Eyewitness News 4 first reported as a drive-by shooting Thursday.
KOB 4 first reported that a man was shot near Copper and Wyoming.
The victim said two men shot at him from a car. He’s recovering from surgery.
Police say they've now learned the victim had actually got into a fight with 47-year-old David Martinez Sr.
Then he got shot by Martinez’s 17-year-old son.
Police said the victim said it was a drive-by shooting out of fear of retaliation.
