Pit pusher banned for the year

The fan who pushed a UNLV player at the Pit on Wednesday night is banned from any Lobo men's basketball games this year. UNM officials say Daniel Romero will not be allowed into the arena for men's basketball for the rest of the season.
Romero shoved UNLV's Anthony Marshall along the baseline in the second half. Romero is a Belen native who attended UNLV. He was ejected from the game immediately following the incident.
