Los Lunas police make arrest in Christmas Day Walmart heist

Los Lunas Police tell KOB Eyewitness News 4 they have made an arrest and recovered some of guns stolen in a daring Christmas Day robbery.

We showed you surveillance video of the robbery when it happened last month at Walmart.

Police arrested Emilio Larsen at his Albuquerque home in connection to the robbery. Authorities said Larsen enlisted three teenage boys to help him pull off the robbery.

Larsen was employed at the store at one time, working in the security department.

Police also announced they are looking for Gary Wilson. It is believed that Wilson supplied the getaway truck.

The thieves made off with more than $30,000 worth of merchandise  – including some firearms.

Police tell us they’ve recovered six of the stolen guns.
