A viewer sent KOB Eyewitness News 4 a crazy cell phone video of her Northeast Heights apartment flooding from a burst pipe.

Water from the pipe was pouring out of the ceiling.  Jade Chavez said it took maintenance at Skyline Apartments over an hour to respond, and by then the ceiling collapsed.

Four days later, Chavez said there is a huge hole left in the ceiling, and her carpets are still sopping wet.  She said management is not helping her.

"I pay to live here, and I think if I'm paying to live here, I should have livable conditions," Chavez said.

KOB contacted T&C Management to find out the status of the repairs.  Chuck Sheldon said they were in the process of fixing the apartment.

"We got that repaired and dried as soon as we could," Sheldon told KOB.

But Chavez said repairs have not been finished.  Sheldon said they have to wait for the ceiling to dry out before they patch it.  He said they will reimburse Chavez for this week's rent.
