Burn planned for Thursday in East Mountains

The Sandia Ranger District is planning a one-acre burn Thursday morning near the Forest Park subdivision in the East Mountains.
The planned burn area is located west of north 14 and the subdivision of Forest Park.
The burn should be over by afternoon, but light smoke is expected to linger for several days.
