Man cleared in father's death

A Valencia County man will not face charges in the death of his father.
Michael Wrobel got into a fight with his dad on New Year's Day.
Deputies said Wrobel was upset about his dad's German Shepherd snapping at him.
They said Wrobel pushed his dad.
Wrobel’s father was then taken to the hospital where he later died.
Medical investigators said Wrobel’s father died of a heart attack.
A grand jury found no evidence that Wrobel committed any sort of crime.
