Authorities suspect arsonist started 2 fires in Grants

GALLUP, N.M. (AP) - Authorities in Grants suspect a serial arsonist is active in the area.
The Gallup Independent reports that Chief Robert Hayes of Grants Fire and Rescue says an arsonist apparently started two fires that occurred Friday evening and Saturday morning.
One of the fires burned three vehicles parked the auto training shop at the New Mexico State University-Grants campus. The other fire occurred in a trash container behind a pharmacy not far away.
