Man accused of selling fake law enforcement IDs

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A federal grand jury has indicted a 70-year-old Las Cruces man on charges he made and sold counterfeit law enforcement credentials.
U.S. Attorney Ken Gonzales says Richard Stack was indicted on three counts of counterfeiting for allegedly making fake Federal Air Marshal and Secret Service identification cards.
Prosecutors say he sold the fake credentials to an undercover Secret Service officer last year.
Special Agent Carol Lee says counterfeit law enforcement in credentials can be used by criminals, terrorists, and spies to penetrate some of the nation's most secure government buildings, airports, and other facilities.
