Players and fans from two high school basketball teams took time out Friday night to remember a teen hit and killed by a train this week.

KOB Eyewitness News 4 was there as a moment of silence was held for Jose Angel at Bernalillo High School before the game against Santa Fe High.

The 15-year-old was hit by an Amtrak train Wednesday while walking home from school.

Bernalillo Mayor Jack Torres says he's taking action to set up a safe crossing over the train tracks.
