Groups are making their way through Albuquerque neighborhoods this weekend trying to get the word out about the upcoming Albuquerque Public Schools election.

KOB Eyewitness News 4 caught up with the student and adult volunteers from the Bubble Gum Brigade and the Albuquerque Interfaith Organizations.

The group went all over town urging the public to vote for a $368 million bond.

The bond would help pay for more renovations to different school buildings in the district.

The groups will be at it again Sunday near Marie Hughes Elementary.

The day to vote is Tuesday.
