UPDATE: 528 reopened between Quantum and Sundt in Rio Rancho

NM 528 has reopened between Sundt and Quantum in Rio Rancho after being closed for an accident.
The crash involved a motorcyclist who suffered serious but non-fatal injuries when he was hit by an SUV.
The unidentified man, 67, was airlifted to UNM Hospital with injuries to his head and face.
The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
