A former manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory is accused of sexually harassing an employee.

Anthony Stanford is facing assault and battery charges. Police say he pinned a female employee against the wall of an elevator in November. They say he also touched her thigh in another incident.

Stanford no longer works at the Lab.

His lawyer says he retired this week.

A judge granted the woman a restraining order against Stanford Wednesday.
