Female hit and killed by vehicle on Central Avenue

A female pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle driving east on Central Avenue Sunday evening.
Albuquerque police said the female was struck near Central and Juan Tabo around 7 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene to be interviewed by police.
