Police, family seek missing Pecos woman

Police say they are looking for a 23-year-old Pecos woman who was last seen on Valentine’s Day.
Police say Ginger Encinias’s family last saw her Thursday at home in Pecos.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.
She is considered missing and may be in danger.
