Body found on Rowe Mesa

State Police discovered the body of a woman Tuesday afternoon on Rowe Mesa, just outside the village of Rowe.
Police found the body while looking for a missing woman in the area. Ginger Encinias, 23, has been missing since Valentine's Day, when she and her boyfriend became separated while on the mesa.
The identity of the body that was found is not known at this time. The body has been sent for an autopsy for identification and cause of death.
