Job fair for veterans is Wednesday in Rio Rancho

New Mexico veterans and their spouses have the chance to apply for jobs at a special job fair Wednesday in Rio Rancho.
It's called "Hiring our Heroes," and it's part of a national initiative to hire 500,000 veterans for civilian workforce jobs by 2014.
The job fair will be at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Veterans should bring proof of service and veterans and their spouses should bring a stack of resumes.
There will be at least 45 employers present offering jobs for a variety of experience levels.
