Snow hit or miss over Albuquerque Metro

KOB Eyewitness News 4 took a trip around the city to look at places that got snow and places that got missed.
In the early morning hours snow fell in Albuquerque.
Snow covered the Northeast Heights near Eubank and Academy, and drivers had an extra chore Thursday morning before hitting the roads - clearing the snow off their cars - but all they really needed was a good broom to do that.
"This is like the most snow I've seen here in this part of town," said Northeast Heights resident Natalie Chiha.
Chiha was surprised this morning to find out not everyone got the snow.
"I called my friend and was like are you going to work? And he said yeah, why wouldn't I be so you know," she said.
"And he lives in a different part of town?" Garcia asked.
"Yeah, he lives near UNM," she replied.
There were areas even drier than campus.
And on the Westside near Paradise and Golf Course, there was no sign of snow except when looking toward the mountains. It's a world of difference just across the river
Some here felt jilted by the snow, while others farther south got a mixed bag.
Downtown Albuquerque rooftops got some snow, but not too much on the ground - relatively dry.
Overall, it was a moderate storm for Albuquerque, but it was the best snow the Duke City has seen all season.
