Albuquerque police have identified the pedestrian who was killed Wednesday night on Coors near St. Joseph’s.

He is Donaldo Aragon, 47.

Police said the accident happened as a 36-year-old woman was driving with two children, aged 7 and 6, south on Coors and through a green light.

That’s when she told police Aragon darted out in front of her vehicle.

Aragon was apparently in the center median before entering the road.

Police said he was not in a crosswalk when he was struck by the vehicle and killed.
