Albuquerque Police Department released the name of the man who was shot and killed by officers Tuesday night.
The man is identified as Parrish Denison, 41.
Denison, along with a woman who was later taken into custody, was attempting to sell stolen musical instruments back to the store where they had originally been taken.
The owner of the store called police and the pair fled, along with a third suspect who was waiting in a truck.
The woman, who has not been identified, was taken into custody at the store. The driver of the truck, who has also not been identified, is still at large.
