Lobos slip in polls

The New Mexico Lobos men's basketball team dropped three spots in the final regular season AP Top 25 poll released Monday.
The Lobos (26-5) fell from 15th to 12th following Saturday's 89-88 loss at Air Force. USA Today's Coaches Poll also dropped the Lobos, from 11th to 14th.
The Lobos enter this week's Mountain West Conference tournament as the number one seed. Wednesday, they'll face the winner of Tuesday's matchup between Wyoming and Nevada.
