UPDATE: Fatal motorcycle crash shuts down section of Unser

The Albuquerque Police Department's Fatal Crash team is investigating a single-vehicle motorcycle crash at Unser and Molten Rock.
The motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet at the time, and was previously reported as being in critical condition, has died, according to police.
It appears a vehicle was traveling east on Molten Rock and the motorcyclist was traveling south on Unser. The vehicle crashed into the motorcyclist as both vehicles began to pass through the intersection.
The driver of the vehicle is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Unser is shutdown in both directions from Rainbow to Montano.
Drivers should avoid the area and expect delays.
