O'Keeffe Elementary hit with virus (APS LETTER ATTACHED)

A virus outbreak has sickened a third of the staff at an Albuquerque elementary school.

The Department of Health has confirmed an outbreak of norovirus at Georgia O’Keeffe Elementary School,

The department says some students have also been sick but haven’t confirmed if it’s from the virus.

Norovirus causes nausea and vomiting.

APS sent a letter home to parents Wednesday letting them know about the outbreak.
