An actor from Hollywood’s golden age stopped by the KOB Eyewitness News 4 studio Thursday.
Tippi Hedren is in Albuquerque to promote next week's TMC Classic Film Festival in Hollywood.
Hedren says the stories told in older films are what make them so special.
"William Shakespeare said the play is the thing. You could have the best producers, directors, actors and unless that story is fabulous, you've got nothing,” she said.
Hedren will be at the Kimo Theater Downtown Thursday night for a screening of the film Marnie.
She stars in the movie with a young Sean Connery.
