ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - The mother of a 6-year-old Roswell boy reportedly abducted at gunpoint and later found safe in Texas is facing charges in the case along with two other people.

Roswell police say 30-year-old Miranda Ann Aguilar is being held by Lubbock police on suspicion on custodial interference, aggravated burglary, conspiracy and assault against a household member with intent to commit a violent felony.

Her bond was set Monday at $100,000 as she awaits extradition to New Mexico along with a man and another woman in the case.

An Amber Alert was issued about 5 a.m. Monday after Elijah Reczek allegedly was abducted by Aguilar, who is from Montana.

Lubbock police found the boy at a hotel nearly five hours later and Aguilar and the other two adults were taken into custody.
