A woman who killed a bicyclist in 2010 while intoxicated was arrested last month for driving under the influence.

Miranda Pacheco broke down last fall in court apologizing to the family of David Anderson.

Pacheco hit and killed Anderson while driving drunk.

“I can only pray that someday you will find it in your hearts to forgive me because I will never be able to forgive myself.” Pacheco said.

Wednesday, Pacheco was back once again crying in a courtroom.

Last month Pacheco was arrested for drunk driving, violating her probation on an auto burglary charge.

Anderson’s widow, Sherry has been following Pacheco’s many court cases.

“We want people like Ms. Pacheco to change, but they are not going to change if we do not hold them accountable.”

After serving only 90 days in jail for careless driving in the Anderson crash, the prosecutor today said she hasn’t learned her lesson.

“Now is not the time to give up on her, I know God won't, I know I will never stop praying for her.” Sherry Anderson said.
