Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputies were led on a wild chase through the South Valley yesterday morning.

BCSO says Albert Lara beat up his girlfriend and then left the house near Gun Club and Coors.

Deputies say Lara drove by the house while deputies were there.

They tried to pull him over and that is when he took off.

Lara reportedly drove 120 miles per hour down Coors until a stop stick ended the chase on I-25 at the Isleta Pueblo.

He faces several charges, including aggravated fleeing.
