A teenager accused of brutally attacking a woman in the bosque is still on the loose.
Albuquerque police hope a new sketch will help lead them to the suspect.
Many who frequent the bosque are eager to take a good look at him.
Albuquerque police have released a sketch of a teenager accused of sexually assaulting a woman at knifepoint in the bosque.
It happened in broad daylight on Sunday, June 16th.
SWAT members searched the area near Tingley and Central, but he was gone.
The woman told police she was walking along the river when the man approached her, first asking for money.
"Wow. Doesn't look familiar to me but I mean... I'll definitely keep my eyes open," said Janelle Sandoval.
He’s between 16 and 20 years old, about 5’7”, 145 pounds, with some sort of tattoo on his chest.
He was last seen on a black and white mountain bike.
“I mean that kind of looks like half of everybody here you know. That's scary,” said Sean Trujillo.
Police think the attacker took off west on Central Avenue.
If you know how he is, call Crime Stoppers at 843-STOP.
