Breaking Bad actor going bald for kids with cancer

A "Breaking Bad" actor wants to prove to New Mexicans that bald is beautiful by raising money for the state's Children's Cancer Fund.

Jeremiah Bitsui is shaving his head for an upcoming role in "Dry Lake," and is encouraging others to go bald with him.

For every head shaved at Inspire Salon on Friday, July 19 between 7:30-8:30 p.m., El Pinto and other sponsors will donate money to the cause.

Inspire Salon in located at 423 4th St. SW in Downtown Albuquerque.

"My brother and I are big fans of Jeremiah Bitsui and his work in Breaking Bad and look forward to his new film, Dry Lake," said Salsa Twin Jim Thomas, El Pinto Restaurant co-owner. "The Children's Cancer Fund is a great cause and El Pinto Restaurant is please to support this fun fundraiser Jeremiah is organizing."
