The family of a man shot and killed by Albuquerque police say they want answers after learning the number of times the 68-year-old was hit.

The family of Vincent Wood sent KOB Eyewitness News 4 an autopsy report confirming he had nine bullet wounds.

Officers shot Wood earlier this month at a gas station after they say he threatened them with a pair of knives. His family calls the shooting "overkill."

APD has not yet responded to KOB's request for comment.
