This past Sunday's episode of "Breaking Bad" has brought a lot of attention to one of the shows' extras. He's an Albuquerque man who was only on screen for about 15 seconds and didn't even have a single line.
Robbie "Mudcat" Sanchez says he's been getting noticed around Albuquerque for years for his role as a DEA agent on the hit show "Breaking Bad".
But it was only after Sunday's episode that is unique mustache started getting him worldwide attention.
"'Dad, you're on Twitter and Reddit,'" Sanchez said his children told him. "I'm like, come and show me I don't know how to do all that stuff. I couldn't believe all the comments and nice things people were saying. And crazy things people were saying about my mustache. It was hilarious to me."
Sanchez is a retired Albuquerque firefighter and arson investigator who now enjoys working as an extra.
As for the mustache, it's just always been a part of who he is.
"People freak out when I shave. I do different stuff with it. I take out the center, I shorten these up, I do different stuff and let it grow back," Sanchez said.
Sanchez says he and his mustache have had a great experience on "Breaking Bad", even if he's always getting calls from family and friends asking what's going to happen next on the show.
His answer? "I don't know."
Up next for Sanchez is a national beard and mustache contest next month in New Orleans.
