Armed men rob video game store in Santa Fe

SANTA FE – Santa Fe police are searching for two men who threatened employees at the GameStop on Cerrillos Road and robbed them at gunpoint.

The incident happened last Thursday just before 8:30 p.m.

Surveillance video shows two men wearing bandanas walk into the store, tell an employee to get on the ground and then order the cashier to empty the store's register. The suspects also cleared two PlayStation 3 systems, an Xbox 360 and multiple games from the store's shelves before fleeing.

Police describe the first suspect as a white male with brown eyes , brown hair and about six feet tall. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black pants and gloves.

The other suspect is described as a short Hispanic man who was wearing all black at the time of the crime. The cashier said he was carrying a black .22 handgun.
